You can't create roles in Exch 2003 as you do with Exch 2010. You do have roles with 2003 but they are generall FE or BE. You create a PF DB on a server and for scheduling, I assume you mean free/busy, that's within the PF DB system folders.Sukh

I heard in the meeting that our Exchange2003 servers change their schedule server to see. So,I thought it is configurable to set to see some Exchange server as schedule server.

You can change the PF DB a mailbox DB uses.Sukh

It's not clear on what your goal is here? Changing the PF property doesn't increase the frequency the Free/Busy will be published.Sukh
