When replying to email in a public folder have it look like it is coming from that public folder address
I was wondering if it is possible to make it so that when a user replies to an email in a public folder to looks like it is coming from the public folder email address and not the individual user that is sending the email. For example lets say John Smith opens up his Outlook and has 3 public folders he is the owner of, marketing, support, and sales. I would like to make it so that if hereplies to anemail in the, lets say,"support" public folder then when the user receives his email it will look like it came from "support" and not John Smith.

Hi, You need to assign users send as permissions on the public folders and it should work: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/821331/en-us Leif

Thank you both for your quick reply! I was able to give users "send as" permissions to the public folders and have them use the "from" field, but I was hoping to make it more automated. I should have been more specific. So if a user simply replies to the email residing in one of the public folders it would automatically reply using that public folders address and not the individual that sent it. It is very possible that this isn't even possible, but again thanks for the replies.
