When our Internet connection is down mail will no longer queue outbound
Our internet connection went down last night and consequently mail cannot be routed to our smarthosts, however mail always used to queue until the connection was re established. No changes have been made to the system except for new smarthost URL's on the connectors. Users receive an NDR stating that they cannot send as they do not have permission to relay? Does anyone have any ideas?
