When filtering the current view with the advanced filter using the "is empty" and "is not empty" fields it shows no results.
I have a client running an Exchange Server. I have recently upgraded all the workstations to Office 2010. Since then there has been a problem with Outlook. They have a public contact folder they view and when filtering the current view with the advanced filter using the "is empty" and "is not empty" fields it shows no results. Any ideas?

Hello, Does this issue occur to all the Outlook 2010 clients? Does this issue occur to other versions of Outlook? Is the problematic Outlook 2010 software up to date? According to the symptom, I think the cause may be more related to an Outlook Client issue. You can create a new thread to Outlook forum via: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/outlook/threads Thanks, Simon

It is on all clients and did not start until they upgraded from Outlook 2003 to 2010.

Hello Does the Outlook 2010 version up tp date? If you are using Outlook Online Mode, please switch to cached mode and check if the issue persists. Thanks, Simon
