When contacts sync no information but names appear on the iPhone 5

One of our iPhone users has found that when he adds contacts in Outlook 2010, running on a windows 7 PC, connected to an Exchange 2007 server, and then using Active Sync to get the contacts to his Iphone 5 running iOS 6.1.3 that he only gets names on his iPhone, no numbers, email addresses, etc.

The corporate contacts are complete, it is new contacts he enters into his outlook that do not sync with his iPhone.  Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

This issue has been resolved.  When user created new contacts in Outlook he was setting the designation as primary and only the first and last name of the new contact was being sent to the iPhone.  When user changed the designation to Home of Office or Mobile the entire contents of the new contact were sent to the iPhone.
