if you change any file in exchange need backup, apply cu, and check changed file and if overwrite cu with new file need restore files from backup

I see several articles saying that it is important to document all customzations before installing CU8 because these customizations will be overwritten. Specifically OWA is mentioned: So my question: What do I need to re-apply after installation, what will happen with OWA etc? I have upgraded a MBX-server now without any problems, but now I am going to upgrade the next server which is a CAS/M

Just so I get this right: Setup and configuration (connectors, URLs etc) done from the ECP will NOT be overwritten?

CU not change exchange organization settings, only if you change in exchange file like config or change owa jpg..
