Hi~ I'd like to know what the difference is between Outlook features using exchage server and using 3rd party mail server.

If I use 3rd party mail server with Outlook, Outlook features are the same as Exchange Server ?

I want to use all Outlook features..

That Depends on what kind of feature and 3rd part mail server you are using.Also if you in the future want to integrate Lync or other app.

Group policy might no work With 3rd part mail server.Adding additional mailbox might not work either.Best is if you describe what features are important to you and check that 3rd part mail server supports it.
