What are the Microsoft tools for mailbox migration in below cases?

1) Exchange to Exchange

2) Domino to Exchange

3) Exchange to Office 365

4) Domino to Office 365

For you information, there is no tool from Microsoft to do Exchange or Office 365 migration. Microsoft only provide step-wise guides.

Moreover, if you are looking for some automated tool then you can approach to one of the trusted tool to do Exchange to Exchange and Exchange to Office 365 migration (http://www.exchangemigrationtool.com/). It can be a good approach for you.

• Exchange to Exchange - Depends on which Exchange Version to Which Exchange Version and is it in same forest or cross forest since there are multiple steps depending on the above however generally its the move mailbox cmd.  
• Domino to Exchange: MS has nothing as far as I know for the current versions, I know there were some older ones so again need more information
• Exchange to office 365, again what version of Exchange?  That said you can also just export to PST and upload that info into office 365
• Domino to O365: Nothing that I know if but if you export to PST first and then import that will do the trick

MS also has a new service where you can ship them the PST files on a drive and they will they upload into O365 for you and that's advisable if you have allot of data since importing into the cloud from your endpoint can be glacially slow.

Microsoft doesn't offer any migration tool for any of the above cases. FYI, there are some third party vendors who offers prominent tools for performing server to server migration as well as data backup & recovery.These are few trusted vendors who offers tools for Microsoft & Lotus Notes migration as - Stellar Phoenix, BinaryTree, Quest (Now it is Dell Software), CodeTwo etc..

Binary, Quest, Code Two and Lucid8 have good solutions, I would avoid Stellar and the other low end tools if you value accuracy and completeness

A:  we didnt use tool when we migrate mailbox from Exchange to Exchange, there are built in PS by the following link:

A: there are three tools which could be referred by the following link:

3) Exchange to Office 365

A: we could create a remote migration form Exchange on-promise to Exchange online:
