What is defunct exchange server and how can i solve it
Can anyone help me to provide some information about it

It's a server which isn;t functioning I guess. The ExchBPA may help you or you can explain your issue in more detail.Sukh

There may be a non-funtional exchange server in your environment. To resolve this you will have to remove it from your organization. If this down for too long and the server hardware is not present, remove it from ADSIEDIT configuration container.
