Hi Mahipal, Some other information for you related with MIIS: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc720621(WS.10).aspx Please confirm whether you install the identity management. If you just have one exchange ORG, per my known, you do not need it. Regards! Gavin

Hi Gavin, Thanks For The Link. it is very helpful for me. I have One Exchange ORG and i have not installed any Identity Management Software in my AD Domain but still it gives an error that your your Organization is Complex or MIIS is installed in your Forest while I run the Best Practice Analyzer -> Exchange Readiness Check.
