I would check message tracking and the queues on both servers.ALso, download the ExTRA tool to troubleshoot mail flow and run against the server:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=4BDC1D6B-DE34-4F1C-AEBA-FED1256CAF9A&displaylang=enAs well as ExBpa:http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=dbab201f-4bee-4943-ac22-e2ddbd258df3&displaylang=en

Hi, Could you please help us clarify the following questions? 1. Is there any NDR received? If so, please paste here. 2. Please check the queue status, if the mail hang in the queue, please let me know which the queue the messages stick in and what the Additional queue information is? You can refer to the following article to troubleshoot message flow issue by using queue viewer: How to use Queue Viewer to troubleshoot mail flow issues in Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823489/en-us 3. Please also check message tracking log for further information.
