The problem is after importing this mail inside an Excel spreadsheet, the body will only show this:

It could be that the email contains elements that are not copied. I have seen this with emails that have been created with Infopath repeating tables. The email looks normal, but parts of it is held in text boxes that stubbornly resist any attempt at being copied. 

To help you further, it would be good to see the actual email or its source

In order for you to see the actual email, is it possible for me to forward you the email because there are confidential information inside the email?

Sorry, but that is not an option.

I recommend using Power Query and import from Exchange. You can map the fields in this email into a row.
