What are the minimum permissions required for a service to be able to create/manage/delete exchange mailbox

I want to know the minimum permissions required to be granted to a service account to be able to create/manage/delete exchange mailbox.

I tried with Recipient Management role but I am getting the following error while creating mailbox

"Error While executing command - Enable-mailbox : No provisioning handler is installed."

Recipient Management is the minimum you would need to perform these actions. If you open EMS (Exchange Management Shell) as that service account, can you 'see' the commands? Meaning; start to type 'Enable-Ma' and press 'Tab'. If the command auto-completes, the permissions are set and are correct. If you run the command in EMS, with a '-Verbose' you can see a little more detail as to what is going on.

You could also try to give this account 'Organization Management' for troubleshooting, but I doubt that's the cause.

Let me know!
