Start with 1. Checking OWA 2. Check for any rule on OL. 3. Disconnect and reconnect mail box. 4. Create a new mail box, disconnect the old mail box, connect the new one and see.Raj

I agree check in OWA to confirm there are no view setting wrong in Outlook. Are there any rules or anything else connecting to your mailbox? POP3 etc? Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

In OWA, which area should i check?I tried to compare between OWA and Outlook, both look the same. In OL, there is several rules i created to move email from specific recipient to specific folder. I'm connecting to Exchnage while MAPI.

Please try to export and delete all rules in both sender and receiver's client. Outlook>Tools>Rules and alerts>Options>Export Rules Please also check the whether the sender or receiver has forwarding setting in server side. EMC>Recipient configuration>mailbox>user>Mail flow settings>Delivery options>forwarding address Thanks. Your expertise never fails to impress!

The trouble shooting proposed should be done, but I also found one group of users who set Junk Email options to Perminantly delete suspected junk mail. I found this by checking the deleted items for the users inbox. I could see all messages being deleted right away (as if not getting to their inbox). If the other suggestions don't work, look in deleted items retention. Good Luck!
