Hello, Iwas having exchange 2007 installed with exchange 2003 in coexistance ( Transition). I havent moved the mailboxes yet. Now my management isists me to remove exchange 2007 completely and I removed exchange 2007 as soon as it got uninstalled I lost all First Storage Group from Exchange 2003 Server its a weird problem all thoug the MDBDATA is intact on the same place with all the log files.Thanks

How did you remove the exchange 2007? Could you post the article that you used to perform the removal procedure? When you said lost all First Storage Group, do you mean that First Storage Group cant be seen via ESM? Is it the only storage group you have on the exchange 2003 server? Please launch ADSI Editor to verify if the configuration files for exchange 2003 server still exist under the node below: CN=Configuration -> CN=Services -> CN=Microsoft Exchange -> CN=Exchange2003OrganizationName -> CN=Administrative Groups -> CN= AdministrativeGroupName->CN=Servers If the configuration in the AD still exists for exchange 2003 server, we can use /DisasterRecovery switch to recover the exchange server Notes: Please backup all the database and log files at first Resources: Recovering a Failed Exchange 2003 Member Server Using the Disaster Recovery Switch Transaction Log Replay from Offline Backup Transaction Log File Replay
