Webmail / Exchange 2003 - Is there an Auto Refresh Folder option?
Whenever I log into my company's webmail, it seems that my inbox does not get auto-updated / auto-refreshed when a new message arrives. I need to click on the "inbox" folder again to see the new message, or click "send/receive." I believe there is a way to enable this on the client's side by setting the "auto refresh folder list" variable (see below): # Options (in Webmail) # Folder Preferences # Set the Auto Refresh Folder List # Press Submit However, my webmail doesn't have "Folder Preferences," only "Options." So, I'm assuming the setting is not set on the company's Exchange Server 2003. Does anyone know how to turn this feature on? Thank you.

Hi Per my know, it is by design for exchange 2003, because that if auto refresh can be configured, it would make quite a performance hit on the Exchange Server. Regards! gavin
