A group at my company has a recurring meeting once a week. Each week the Organizer of the meeting sends update to that week's occurrence with updated Webex information for that week's meeting. On some of the attendees' calendars that Webex info is getting truncated.

The info cuts off at the exact same spot each time and is the same for each user this happens to. The only thing they have in common is they all use iPhones with Activesync.

Before I call Microsoft is there anyone that knows the fix for this?

Seems this issue is caused by the limitation of IPhone. IPhone displays only 1500 characters from a calendar note. See:

Yet another reason why the iPhone isn't quite up to the task of being a business tool.

I have experienced the same problem for which my IT department claims they've learned from Online Forums that this problem is caused when a calendar invitation is received on the iPhone before hitting the Microsoft Outlook Calendar on your computer. Their solution is for me to turn off the calendar on my iPhone so that it will never receive any outlook meeting invitations. Since I've done that as of couple of weeks back. All of the new meeting invitations I've received in my Outlook Calendar have complete information. Nothing is truncated anymore on the new meetings. In the case of previous meetings which are truncated, I've requested the sender to remove me from the meeting distribution list for the entire series (not just one occurrence of the meeting but the entire series) and then to re-add me back to that series such that I receive a completely new meeting invitation. That has resolved the problem of truncated notes content in my Outlook Calendar. However, not having the calendar on my overpriced and overrated Apple iPhone 5 is by itself a crippling feeling and having to rely on my laptop to look up meeting details for dialing into calls is like stepping back >10 years in technology! Hopefully some smart folks at Apple and Microsoft are working together to resolve this situation instead of arrogantly pointing fingers at each other. Because if this situation doesn't get resolved quickly after the holidays then I'll be switching to an Android smart phone and ditching my loyalty of Apple.
