James-This is the wrong place for your question. A more appropriate place to post would be here http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrclients/threads. In answer to your question though yes that is possible. In Outlook 2003: To create a custom signature to each message you send: In the Navigation Pane, click on Options. In the Messaging Options section, click Edit Signature. In the Signature window, type and format the signature you want to use. Note that you can select different fonts, sizes, and formating. Click Save and Close. In Outlook 2007 OWA: Select options in top right. Configure signature under "Email Signature" Click "save"

You should be able to do it as long as you are using Internet Explorer. Go to Options, under Messaging Options, it will say edit signatureMark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:ES, SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com
