Hello! I have set up Exchange 2010 SP1 UR5. Before I had Ex2010 without SP1. Now strange problem occured... If I get mail with: 1H0020032 in subject and/or body Outlook WebApp will not find it! Before SP1 found it without a problem but now it won`t. Outlook 2010 finds it with no problems. In WebApp I search with string 1H0020032and I get no results. Outlook 2010 with same search query finds it. WebApp without SP1 finds it. What is going on here? I already recreated search index but that didn`t help... Any idea? Thanks!

Hi Grega, Do you mean you are running Exchange 2010 SP1 rollup 2 now, and you cannot search the 1H0020032 in OWA? But it works in Exchange 2010 ago? If yes, please check whether all users have search issue in OWA now. Please check whether Outlook 2010 is in cached mode or not. Hello! Sorry for late reply... Outlook 2010 in online or cached mode works fine, it finds mail. All users have same search problems with this subject or body. Before Exchange 2010 SP1 it worked great, Outlook WebApp found mail immediately... After SP1 it does not find it... Strange problem :)
