Warning when applying e-mail address policy
In a test environment running Exchange 2007 SP3 I made an edit to the existing email address policy after creating an accepted domain. I just added an additional SMTP address to the policy. After updating and applying the policy I received the following warning: The recipient MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e is invalid and could not be updated. All other mailboxes were updated via the policy. Is there a way to add the secondary SMTP address to the mailbox that generated the warning? Thanks

What if this is in the event of a domain name change?

I wouldn't worry about it. I hope you're talking about an SMTP domain change. I would hope you're going to leave the old domain in existence for a long time so you don't bounce mail to the old domain.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
