Hi, I have Exchange 2007 setup in my office. We have 7 to 8 SG & per SG 1 D.B.. We have almost 1800+ users. We have set the specific quota on all SG, except one S.G which has unlimited quota. I want to pull the data in .CSV file for those mailbox whose mailbox receive size is unlimited but send quota is limited.(Means is user is having 100 MB of mail box size & his/her prohibited send quota is set to 98 MB & issue warning is on 90 MB but if his/her mailbox get full then stil he/she can recevie mails at any time.) Try this. get-mailbox -ResultSize unlimited| where {$_.ProhibitSendReceiveQuota -eq "Unlimited" AND $_.ProhibitSendQuota -ne $Null}|export-csv unlimitedusers.csv Shaba

Then, you could analyze the data avoid .(Means is user is having 100 MB of mail box size & his/her prohibited send quota is set to 98 MB & issue warning is on 90 MB but if his/her mailbox get full then stil he/she can recevie mails at any time.)
