WDS. What ports I need open?
Hi, I have problems with ports opening. I installed WDS on Windows Server 2008 R2. I have configured linux based DHCP server. I configured ip-helper. I have Cisco router. When I open all trafic from workstation network to WDS server, I can normally install workstation. When i open UDP and TCP ports (TCP and UDP from this link http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc732918.aspx) or open all TCP and UDP traffic I have error message: "Windows failed to start.A recent kardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem: 1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer 2. Choose your language settings, and then clisk "next" 3. Click "Repair your computer" Ifyou do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer fro assistance. File: \BOOT\BCD Status: 0xc000000f Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data" What ports I need open except TCP and UDP?Dmitry
