MY WINDOW GOT CORRUPTED & WHEN I TRIED TO REPAIR IT I LOST MY MAIL DATA. I REINSTALLED WINDOWS.

I WAS USING ORIGINAL WINDOWS 8.1 WHICH WAS FOR BUSINESS USE. PRODUCT ID IS   [Removed product ID]

Don't use all CAPS as it means shouting.

Which mail account type are you using? POP3, IMAP, Exchange, Outlook.com, other...?

IMAP, Exchange and Outlook.com accounts will retrieve a fresh copy of your data when you reconfigure the account. For POP3 accounts, you'll need to restore the pst-file from a backup when you stored it on the Windows partition and formatted the drive.

I suggest you to stop using the system from which you are trying to recover data otherwise your data will be corrupted. Now it is possible to recover all your data. 

when you format the system old data is lying as it is but need some good recovery software to recover the data.

There are many good software in the market, u can look for them. I will suggest to make the image of the drive from which u r recovering data.
