Vista on exchange 2003 domain, wont display a website
hi PC using Windows Vista 32bit (all updates) Strangely www.roughton.com wont display on my PC in IE7 (latest release), works on other pc's ive tried in our office. Its not a blocked website, we use no proxy server, im the IT manager of a company, IE7 settings are all set back to default. Ive tried adding it as a trusted website. i even loaded firefox to try that but no luck. I read a thread about changing the MTU settings in windows with netsh and MTU=512 command which i tried, didnt seem to help. Im stuck for ideas really Any help or experience appreciated. ADDITIONAL INFO: my vista pc is on a domain network, and the roughton.com is listed in the DNS service ie in the forward lookup zones-<domain name>-com-roughton then lists the www host(a) properties. the www.roughton.com has a ip address listed here. We dont host the www.roughton.com website, thats hosted by the provider. Make any sence? No other PC on the domain has trouble looking at www.roughton.com, but all the others are XP pc's Im thinking this problem is less of a ie7 problem now, so maybe this is in the wrong place? UPDATE: Brought into the office another Vista laptop, its not on the domain but can view the internet wirelessly, that also cant view www.roughton.com Im sure now its to do with the settings in exchange, but im not sure which ones exactly.
