We are moving from Notes to Exchange/Outlook. I need to create a visitor resource, which I have done, but now I am trying to create a form based on the resource form that everyone will have access to. It needs to only go to one mailbox (Security) plus the resource mailbox (calendar). The fields I have entered are host, tel number and manager. Once the user puts in a name, it needs to pull across the manager and tel number from the information contained within AD. Also, I have included the fields on p2 but when I pull up a new form I only see the message page, I want the message page and p2 on one page, is this possible.
