Visitor Booking within outlook/Exchange 2007
We are moving from Notes to Exchange/Outlook. I need to create a visitor resource, which I have done, but now I am trying to create a form based on the resource form that everyone will have access to. It needs to only go to one mailbox (Security) plus the resource mailbox (calendar). The fields I have entered are host, tel number and manager. Once the user puts in a name, it needs to pull across the manager and tel number from the information contained within AD. Also, I have included the fields on p2 but when I pull up a new form I only see the message page, I want the message page and p2 on one page, is this possible. I then need to publish this for all users to have access

Hi, I am sorry. I am totaly lost in the thread. Do you want to create a library form in outlook? Where did you create the visitor resource? From Outlook or from Exchange Server? What is the type of visitor resource? Also I'm not very understand the following stentence: The fields I have entered are host, tel number and manager. Once the user puts in a name, it needs to pull across the manager and tel number from the information contained within AD. where did you enter these information? When user send a email and type the address, it will show the manager and tel number in the "To:"? Regards, Xiu
