In regarding of this issue, please do some test to narrow down the issue.
1. Create a new Org Chart and save as Visio 2003-2010 Drawing format to test. If it could be exported well, this issue seems due to the pictures with the existing file. The pictures might not recognized as a Visio object. Please try to remove the pictures
with the existing file, and save as again.
If it still could not export, please try the following methods:
- Install the latest update.
- Repair Visio.
2. Save the file as PDF to test. If it still get the same error message, please try the method that provided in other thread, I copied here:

I ran into this, and it turned out to be a permissions issue on the t2embed.dll file. Granting users read access to this file cleared up my issue. I made the change on a Windows 7 box using the following method.
takeown /f c:\Windows\System32\t2embed.dll
icacls.exe c:\windows\system32\t2embed.dll /grant *S-1-5-11:(GR)
