Visio Activation
I purchased Visio and loaded it on my laptop. After 7 days it has asked me to activate with my MS account. When I try to login, it does not accept my MS Sign-in password.  What should I do?

Check your logon at www.microsoftstore.com , does your Visio purchase show there?
Do you have multiple Microsoft accounts? (maybe your purchase has landed on a different Microsoft account?)

Hi JAD2222,

Do you mind telling us which version Visio did you purchase?  Visio 2013 or other?

Then, I recommend you give a call to Microsoft Customer Service Center  (http://support.microsoft.com/gp/customer-service-phone-numbers/en-us) or Microsoft local provider. They'll help you activate Visio program.
