Thomas,

Does this happen regardless of the printer you choose to print to?  Previously, when I have had issues similar to this, it has centered around the print driver needing to be updated.  I'm not sure if you checked that, but it could be a good place to start if not.

Yes.  It happens no matter which printer I choose.  In fact, it doesn't even make it to the pop-up where I get to select which printer to use.

Hi,

Based on my research, it seems that it is caused by some add-ins.

Disable all the add-ins or just disable the add-in such as 'Send to Bluetooth' to check the issue.

I'm was crashing as well as soon as I hit the print dialog.  I disabled the "Send to Bluetooth" add-on, but still crashed.  The problem might have something to do with selecting different themes.  I was using the "Parallel" theme and crashing, them flipped back to the standard Office 2013 theme and was able to bring up the print dialog.  I then switched all my pages back to "Parallel" and can now print.

I've been having a similar issue in my office. There are no additional add-ons enabled, no additional themes have been enabled either. However, I am able to select which network printer to use. As far as I can tell, the printer driver is updated and this isolated to my machine only. I've tried some other tips I've picked up from other sites but have had no success.
