I have a Visio drawing which after saving, some stencil's glue points are no longer working. The green box which usually appears when using the connector tool are absent as well. Within the same drawing are duplicate stencils, whose glue points are working just fine. 

I've checked the Snap and Glue tool, to confirm the Glue checkbox is checked and I've searched my eyes red. The stencils in question are the two switches, at the top of the 2nd rack. Those ports have connector points in them which are not working. Below is a link to the file in question.
