hello for the longest time i been having issues with Visio 2013 we reinstall 32bit and a 64bit with match offices suite it have my IT guy check to see if there anything making her crash. for the last two months we thought it was our add in softer D-tools Six 2015 that was making her crash i send then erreo reports and log reports and they told me its not there software its Visio and also i cant sent the Width, Height, angle of a shape with out crashing..

I have received the logs, and analyzed it, see the result below:

1)Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\VISIO.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\MICROS~1\VBA\VBA7.1\VBE7.DLL

2)Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\VISIO.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Office15\mso.dll

3)Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\VISIO.EXE
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\VISLIB.dll

Visio was crashed with different factors. The common reason might be caused by the add-ins, especially send to Bluetooth. 

I recommend you try the two methods:

1)Disable add-ins

2)Copy the three DLL from a health computer into the one with the errors.
