Building servers, needing a solid answer for the following question.Wanting to setup a Virtual Exchange 2007withSpk1machine on a Windows 2003 Server with Spk 2 Platform. I can not find documentation that will definitely state this. I am wanting to build server stacks toward Virtualizing Exchange, MOSS, and SQLunits and work toward's CCR. I can only use W2k3 Server as the base platform. Any work around or suggestions or if can not be done, I would like to find more details. I built a server stack and the intsalls all work, but when shutting down the server stack and bringing up the stack, the Virtual Exchange unit would not come up.I am wanting to reduce the power useage foot print, so I am looking for virtual setups and wanting to Cluster, for less hardware to be used.

Thanks, for your response Leif,thelink to the document is what used to look at before I started my build. Therefore it should work. But, once completed and you bring up or try to bring up the virtual exchange 2007 server, it states that the platform architure is not the correct architure and is not complatable. So, that is why I am asking if I can find anything that states yes it will work or how to work around. All I can find is that it should work, but I am finding it doesn't? I am looking for any suggestions or anyone that has done this and was able to get to work. I am not able to use Server 2008. Thanks, for your help!!

Hi, It should and it does work. I have installed several Exchange 2007 servers on windows server 2003. You are using the 64 bits edition of windows server right? Leif
