I have a user that states his view changes in subfolder weekly to the following view

Can you tell me why this is happening?

What is the following view? If possible, send an image to our email address:

ibsofc@microsoft.com

Does all the subfolders' view change? Or it only happens to a specific folder?

To tell the reason, it is hard to say. This issue may happen if the user accidently clicks the Reset View button, or runs Outlook with the switch "/cleanviews", or even an Add-in may cause the issue.
