Viewing user email.
My boss wants to be able to monitor the email of users on our exchange 2007 server. I have set his permissions to be able to access the accounts by setting up a profile in outlook 2007for the users that he needed access to, but when he opens a user profile his RSS feeds sync to that users account. What do I need to do so his feeds are not syncing to the users exchange account and then showing up in their exchange and IE feed lists. I have seeing that I can make it so that IE and outlook done sync, but it look like that would make it so his outlook profile and I would also stop syncing. Is there a way to set it up so he can see the email from the server and not have to log in as the user either in IE using OWAor Outlook?

Why don't you user his outlook profile but open the other's mailbox as a 2ndary mailbox. I know this will be a pain but there will be no RSS issues that will sync with the other users.

Hi, Exchange Server 2007 has one Journaling feature which can journal all the incoming and outgoing emails to one email account. Also you can specify only some mailboxes to be journaled to one mailbox.
