We have problem with Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. We have big problem with storage and lose our previous database which work on Exchange 2010 and Server 2008. Now we install 3 server, 2 for DAG (with all roles) and for clients (HUB,CAS). Now we have problem with sent letters with big attachements like (30 MBytes). It seems like outlook wait 10-30 minut and after sent mail one by one, sometimes he sent only 1 letter of 3. All mails stuck in Outbox. Small letters very fast. If I work with IMAP, POP3, OWA all very fast. I check counters of prefomance - all perfect. All test Best Practic Analyzer says all ok, include perfomance test(2 hours) This problem and at work days and at night when no clients. Can some one help?

Totally we have 500 clients and now database nearly 200 GByte.

Yes, we use VMWare, but our version is 6.0.0. Servers HP DL360P Gen8, SAN switches and HP MSA and HP 3PAR storage. All servers in the same VLAN.

It's not help me, because vmware make update for 5.5 U2 and on Windows 8 and 8.1 all must work fast, but I test with Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 the same slow speed work. I try and make on client side changes - the same slow speed. I enable RSS - the same problem.

May be something else?

Since mail sent successful, it indicate that Exchange server and Outlook client works fine.

It will cost more network resources when sending large attachment, it might bring network latency.

No, it's not working good because we have servers in different city and they didn't have this problem. We have the same servers, networks, storage and etc. In diifferent city it cost may be 1 minutes for send 3 mail with total of 100 megabytes. In our enviroment if I sent via usual Outlook it may be wait 15 minutes and after in 1 minutes send all mesages. If we use OWA all working fast. If I choose in Outlook connect via RPC-HTTP - all working fast. Decrease size - it's not resolution.
