Recently the company I work in has obtained (strangely) 7x Licenses of VISIO 2013 Pro Retail.

Since I have given them the info that the computers I use are not allowed on internet, I need to activate this product offline (via phone).

Is there a way to activate this VISIO 2013 Pro Retail without having internet?

Or is there a difference between the trial download or a somekind of special retail download?(difference in showing the option to use the phone activation)
