After applying the rule, the subject should be : [EVERYONE] Important notice It is possible by creating one rule for each distribution list but a standard rule like PrependSubject "[%recipient%]" should be very nice.

As long as you are using powershell and not the gui I don't see why you could define and use the variable http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125138.aspx

What I want to do is reuse the recipient name in the Prepended text.
