Hi guys,

Wondering if you could help. We have files created in Publisher 2010. I can choose any part of the document and edit.

If I open the same document in publisher 2013, if click on the document it highlights the whole thing and I can't choose individual items. Only way to edit any of the document is to remove borders. Was wondering if it was supposed to work this way or the original document was created wrong somehow? Same document opens in 2010 andi  can edit everything right away so it's a small annoyance.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Is this issue specific to a single file?

I'm not able to reproduce this issue: I created a publisher document in Publisher 2010, and opened it in Publisher 2013, I could choose any individual items.
