Users not able to see other users appointment details when creating meetings.
I should be able to view all the appointment details unless they are marked private. Here are some details. We migrated to Exchange 2007 from 2000. We are using Outlook 2003 & XP Public Folders are still in use on exchange 2007 server and public folder DB is mounted. Users can use the Open another Folder, Open user's Folder option and view anyones calendar information just fine. So why does this only happen when creating appointments or meetings. Public Folder Issue maybe? Thanks for any help.

Hi, What happens when the user creates a meeting? Is the 2007 mailbox database configured with the 2007 public folder database as the default? Any error messages in the event log ? Leif

They select thedesired users to attend and when there calendar appoinments show up they only show blue blocks (meaning busy) with no appoinment details. Yes the MB DB is configured with the PF DB. No messages in event log.
