Users cannot connect to Exchange
HiWe are using Exchange 2007 SP1 (Rollup 9) with Outlook 2007 SP2. Mailbox servers are Windows 2008 using SCC technology (A/A/P).Today we had a strange issue. Suddenly, users on one of the CMS's, Exch1, could not access their Outlook or OWA. OWA would timeout, and Outlook would stick in a "disconnected" or "trying to connect to Exchange" state.Bizarrely, there were no real events logged in the Event Viewer. All the stores were up, resource usage was normal etc. Failing over the CMS to the passive node "resolved" the issue.I would like to know what happened in case it happens again! Any ideas on where to even start with this?TIA
