Users are able to book restricted resources through OWA.
My conference rooms are setup as a Room Mailbox resource. I need to allow the room to only be booked by a subset of users. I’ve configured Resource Scheduling Permissions as follows: · These users can schedule automatically if the resource is available = Select Users and Group… · These users can submit a request for manual approval if the resource is available = Select Users and Groups… · These users can schedule automatically if the resource is available and can submit a request for manual approval… = Select Users and Groups… If a user tries to book the resource through Outlook they get a declined message. However, if a user books through OWA no message is received and the user perceives the room and booked. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to remedy this? Thanks Chad

Users are unable to book the resource with OL2007 -- this is what I want. However, users CAN book the resource in OWA -- that should not happen.
