Users Receiving attachment size more than allowed size
Dear Friends ,
We have a exchange2007 SP3 environment with two mailbox servers clustered and two hub transport servers as redundant . we do not have any edge server installed ,instead a Mail relay server with IIS 6.0 installed does the work.
Clients can not send attachments more than specified size BUT they are able to receive email attachments from outside organization more than their configured ones ..It seems that exchange does not check their attachment size restriction while receiving emails.
Where should i change the configuration to overcome this problem ?
Thanks in advance

Did you make sure that all limits are set accordingly?
- Global Message Size
- Receive connector message size
