Hi all, I have this issue with japanese users who want to send japanese language through OWA. Then the counterpart always received "???" for the japanese language. I have gone through to install japanese pack under the regional settings as per mentioned from this website. http://www.exchangepedia.com/blog/2004/12/users-cannot-save-or-send-mail-in.html I have try to send email using owa to outlook, it also reflect some strange character like $B$X#n#y#r$o$?$7(B, but once i change the internet encoding to japanese language and send to outlook, it reflect "???". Is there any patches that i needed to patch on the server for exchange 2003 SP2. version 6.5 (Build 7368.2 :Service pack 2)
