User sends recurring meeting invite and we get seperate email for each date
Hello
I have come accross a strange problem:
When a user forwards a recurring meeting to a new recipients, the new recipients recieve 1 x recurring meeting invite show the duration of the meeting series as well as a meeting invite for each individual meeting occurence.
This also occurs when updating a recurring meeting.
User is running Outlook 2010, however he reports that it was the same case with Outlook 2003. The backend is Exchange 2003 with SP2 and updates.
Any ideas?

I can't say that I've seen that happen, although this might be what's
happening:

You can also make sure you're running the latest MS Office service
pack on the client machine, and then check the periodic hotfix rollups
to see if that problem's been addrerssed -- or just try putting the
latest hotfix rollup onto the client machine.

Why are the meetings being forwarded? Have the organizer add the new
attendees to the meeting and send the invitation only to the those
people that were added (or removed). Forwarded meetings are a PITA.
