User online archive mailbox not opening after migration

I have exchange server 2010. Currently migrating mailboxes from exchange 2010 to 2013 CU7.

After migration, user able to open primary mailbox with no issue.

But archive they are not able to open, its showing not available.

But after re configuring outlook profile, user able to access both primary and archive.

But configuring profile for more than 4000 users, its very tough..

Is there any way to achieve this automatically...

thanks

Are you migrating both the mailbox and archive to Exchange 2013?

And an account repair in Outlook is the only way to fix it? If you close and reopen Outlook after the mailbox move it should find the archive. In online Exchange mode do you have the same problem?

I wonder if this could be a client side glitch as if a mailbox repair in Outlook can learn where to find the archive mailbox from autodiscover, the configuration would seem to be good. Do you have all patches for Outlook 2013 installed?

Hi

Outlook repair not working, by re-configuring the profile its working.

For outlook 2013 no issue, only in outlook 2010 professional iam facing the issue...

As per desktop team they are saying all applications patched upto date..

Any suggestions...

I understood incorrectly then. What exactly do mean by reconfiguring the profile? Also, exactly which version of Outlook 2010 is it? Not all are created equal.

In control panel reconfiguring mail profile...

Control Panel----> Mail---> New Profile..

Outlook version:-

Outlook 2010 Professional ---- 14.0.6112.5000(32-bit)

So when you say reconfiguring, you really mean to say create a new profile.

Might be an idea to update that version of Outlook with the most recent patches.  In my opinion it is definitely an issue with Outlook.
