User not able access public folder from Outlook 2007 but accessible from OWA
Hi All Only one user is not able access any public folder located in Exchange Server 2007 from Outlook 2007. User is able to access public folder through OWA. if we start outlook /rpcdiag, In "Exchange Server Connection Status" shows public folder server for 1sec and disappered. If we click reconnect, again it shows public folder server for 1sec and disappeared. If we login user mailbox with another account that has full mailbox access on user mailbox and public folder, we are able to access public folder via Outlook 2007. User is having rights to access public folder. Is there is any setting/changes required to access public folder via Outlook 2007 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Johny

We tried creating new outlook profile, we also created outlook profile on another computer, the issue remains the same. This issue occurs only if we login with the user account. This issue doesnt occur if we take full mailbox access with another account.Johny

Thank you for your sharing! You also could move the mailbox back and try it again. Your expertise never fails to impress!
