User name change not reflected in Address Book
We had a user change their name a few weeks ago. I changed her name and AD account and moved on. Today I look and the address book still shows the old name. I have changed other names since even one today and they all show the new name. What would cause one account not to update the ad

Just checked in OWA it shows the new name but in our Outlook it shows the old name.

Do you use cached mode for Outlook?  Try updating the OAB and forcing a download in Outlook. Also what version and patch level of Exchange is this for?
