very strange proble on sbs 2008 and exchange 2007, It is CEO's account, so I need to fix it ASAP. He can see all email on his outlook 2010 clients, but when he is on road and want to check his email on OWA he can't see certain people's email, it is not limited to outside domain emails, he cannot see some internal users email and some external users email, but he can see some email from that external domian. Check to see if those email arent in sub folder or something or not moved to a PST.Sukh

yes we check it on all other folder but it is not there, I am lost usually others have problem, they can't see mail in outlook, but able to it in OWA. Can you export messages from his Outlook to PST and attach to your Outlook and check? If the messages aren't in OWA then they don't seem to exist in the mailbox. Is Outlook running in cache mode? Sukh
