User is unable to access Exchange Server

Hi there

I have a situation here, my system and Exchange are running fine but users are not able to access Exchange Server.

i  had already verified network controller for connectivity to elsewhere on my network, also checked users for network connectivity.

I guess in my case problem is active directories has stopped authenticating users because of which users are not even able to log into exchange system.

So can anyone suggest me what could be the possible causes of this problem & what should i do to fix this.

TYIA.

It is hard to say based on this description. If users can access your systems (e.g. logging to domain/sharepoint/...) using their AD account successfully, go through logs on Exchange. If there is a general problem with domain user's access, start with domain controller logs.

Good luck

No I had already checked Domain user access for any problem.

Perhaps log files could be a possible reason !!!

Hi Amasn,

What's your exchange version?

Could you access your exchange server via OWA?

If cannot, what error did you get when logging into exchange failed.

I also recommend you check if there is any related error logs on your exchange server, it may help us to troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks users for your contributions

got a solution to my problem!!!!!

My log files were corrupt, at first tried some old fashioned inbuilt utilities, but soon find-out my exchange is corrupt. So needed to repair Exchange database.

As I was in hurry so had help from a professional tool for Exchange Server Recovery Stellar Phoenix Exchange Recovery, perhaps most of you must have heard about it. But it was my first case, recovered my mailboxes successfully. Back to work again..

Thanks all
