User is not receiving new mail items in Inbox

I received a case where 1 users is unable to receive mail in her Inbox.  New messages are received in top-level folder in her mailbox.

I configured her mailbox for my pc and the same problem resulted.  I also checked OWA and the same problem exists there as well.  I checked to see if she had any rules and there aren't any that would cause this.

Does anyone have any insight on why this is occu

So this happens on all computers and also on OWA. Issue seems to be on the mail server side, not a Outlook client specific issue.

You could try running Outlook with the /ResetFolders command line switch.
