User in Outlook 2013 can't open messages encrypted with S-MIME

Hi,

We are testing S-MIME mail encrypting in our organization. One user can't open others users e-mails if message is encrypted. When he try to open it in Outlook 2013 - user gets error "Sorry, we're having trouble opening this item. This could be temporary, but if you see it again might want to restart Outlook. Your Digital ID name cannot be found by underlying security system". If user try to open same message in another PC with Outlook 2010 it opens successfully.  From what point i can start to investigate this problem ? Or maybe you know solution ? :)

Thanks

Hi,

This issue may happen if the recipient doesn't have the corresponding private key that matches the public key used to encrypt the message. Please follow the steps listed in the following article to add or import the certificate into Contacts and then test the issue again:

Hope this helps.

I already found this "solution" and added sending users in Contacts. And checked - these Contacts have certificates added in Contact properties. But it don't help - encrypted messages still don't open.

Also I installed Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT) , but this tool don't found any problems related to certificates. So - what to do next ?
